My family didn’t get professional family pictures growing up. That was all just an added stress to life that couldn’t be managed. My mom instead took home videos and photos of us. I have so many memories to look at because of that.

But, she was hardly in them — because she was always behind the camera.

When I first started photography, I thought my job was just to show up, take lots of photos, and you would handle your wardrobe, planning, and printing. But I quickly realized just how overwhelming that is for moms — and that I wanted and needed to give so much more.

Moms deserve to be in the photos, too. I want to see my mom as I’m looking back at my childhood, and I know your children will want to see theirs. That’s exactly why I take care of all the details for you, so YOU can be the one to just show up.
